California Court of Appeal

In re D.D., F050003

In a case where father was 17-years old when a juvenile dependency petition was filed on behalf of his two-month old child, and juvenile court did not appoint guardian ad litem or an attorney for the father until the six-month review hearing, termination of father's reunification services is reversed as a guardian ad litem must be appointed for a presumed father who is a minor, even though he personally does not appear.
