California Civil Code section 1785.11.2 is unconstitutional as applied to plaintiff, a credit reporting agency used by landlords, and the law cannot be judicially reformed. Thus, judgment is reversed to the extent an injunction should be granted against defendants in their attempt to enforce section 1785.11.2 against plaintiff.
