Conviction for attempted grand theft, forgery and perjury, is affirmed over claims that the conviction for: 1) forgery should be reversed as the prosecution failed to disclose a piece of its evidence in a timely manner; and 2) perjury should be reversed as the trial court erred in instructing the jury on the elements of the crime.
