Denial of motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute, in suit for injunctive relief to stop terrifying acts allegedly committed by defendant's members targeting plaintiffs' employees as part of an effort to expose animal abuse in biomedical labs, is affirmed over claims that: 1) the complaint arises from speech about matters of public interest; 2) plaintiff failed to meet its burden of showing a probability that it would prevail on its claims; and 3) the trial court lacked jurisdiction to issue a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction after defendants appealed from the order denying their motion to strike.
