California Court of Appeal
People v. Superior Ct. (Walker), H029017
Order to suppress evidence, obtained from defendant's college dormitory room as a result of a warrantless search and seizure by police based on consent given by a university security guard, is reversed as the seized contraband was not subject to the exclusionary rule where the contraband would have been inevitably discovered.
