California Court of Appeal
People v. Laiwala, H029001
Denial of defendant's petition for finding of factual innocence --entered after remand of case to trial court to enter verdict of not guilty to charges of grand theft of a trade secret -- is reversed as defendant established, and the prosecutor failed to refute, that there is no reasonable cause to support a finding that the information at issue was a trade secret.
