Summary judgment for defendant city based on trail immunity under Government Code section 831.4(b), in case involving slip and fall on a pathway in a dog park, is affirmed as: 1) the pathway in question, even if it was a "sidewalk," was a "trail" under section 831.4; and 2) trail immunity precludes liability for the design and location, as well as the maintenance, of this trail.
