Writ petition challenging trial court's decision to uphold defendant school board's refusal to release investigative report regarding allegations of misconduct by the school district's superintendent -- after superintendent agreed to resign in exchange for payment and promise to keep report confidential -- is granted as the Public Records Act requires disclosure of the entire report, however all names other than the superintendent or elected members of the board, shall be redacted.
