Conviction of attempted molestation of a child under the age of 18, finding prior of lewd act in violation of Penal Code section 288, finding of three priors under the Three Strikes law, and sentence of 25 to life, is affirmed over claims of evidentiary and instructional error, and claim that the prosecution of the charged offense was not commenced within the applicable limitations period.
