Conviction of four counts of attempted murder and one count of assault with a firearm is affirmed over claim that the trial court improperly excluded two of defendant's friends during the examination of a seven year-old witness, however, as the court erred in imposing he upper term on both convictions, the Penal Code section 12022.7 enhancement is deleted.
