People v. Maestas, C048615

Conviction of manufacturing methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed, however, sentence under "Three Strikes" law based on defendant's two prior second degree burglary convictions, is reversed as there was insufficient evidence to support the trial court's determination that the priors were serious felonies.
