Determination that defendant, the obligor under a New Mexico child support order, was in arrears to plaintiff, his former wife, is affirmed over claim the trial court erred in interpreting Family Code sections 4954, 4955 and 4957 allow it to adjudicate preregistration arrears despite plaintiff's failure to object within the statutorily-prescribed time period to the Registration Statement's pronouncement that no arrears were owed.
