Foundation for Taxpayer & Consumer Rights v. Nextel Commc'ns, Inc., B185992

Judgment on the pleadings in favor of defendants, in suit for violation of California's unfair competition law, is reversed as plaintiff should have been permitted to amend its complaint in order to add or substitute a plaintiff who meets the modified standing requirements for claims under the UCL as modified by Proposition 64.
