Conviction of both the abuse and false imprisonment of a dependent adult and related crimes is affirmed over claim that evidence is insufficient to establish the victim was a dependent adult, however, defendant's service of sentences imposed on two of his conviction must be stayed and errors in abstract of judgment must be corrected.
