In an action involving annexation of land by defendant for plans to first create an international airport and a second to divert truck traffic, judgment for inverse condemnation awarding millions in damages to plaintiff is reversed to the extent that the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to support a finding of inverse condemnation on both claims.
