California Court of Appeal
In re Jasso, H029756
Conviction of three counts of conspiracy to transport drugs into prison is reversed by separate opinion, and in this habeas proceeding the Attorney General is ordered to show cause why defendant's remaining convictions for transporting controlled substances should not be reversed due to ineffective assistance of counsel based on failure to object to defendant being shackled and required to wear a prison jumpsuit during trial.
