California Court of Appeal

People v. Galindo, C049214

Extension of commitment by two years, for felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, with a strike allegation, and a prior prison term allegation, is reversed as Penal Code section 1026.5, under which defendant's commitment was extended, requires proof that a person under commitment has serious difficulty in controlling dangerous behavior.
