Order dismissing complaint concerning title to real property brought against a number of defendants after the death of plaintiff's father is reversed where a delay of less than two years in service of the summons and complaint is not a ground for dismissal under the only provision relied upon by the trial court, thus dismissal under Code of Civil Procedure section 583.410(a) was improper.
