California Court of Appeal

People v. Foster, H028837

Judgment against defendant that he was not entitled to credit against his prison sentence for time he spent in the county jail prior to sentencing is reversed for sole purpose of reexamining presentencing custody credits where the trial court erred in opining that defendant had an adequate administrative remedy for the claimed defects in the revocation proceedings as those regulations had been repealed.
