California Court of Appeal

Witte v. Kaufman, C049472

Orders granting defendants' special motions to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute and awarding attorney fees to defendants are affirmed as to the anti-SLAPP motions, however, the award of attorney fees is reversed where a law firm that filed a motion to strike incurred no attorney fees as all the work was done by members of the firm on their own behalf.
