Judgment for plaintiff and denial of judgment notwithstanding the verdict is affirmed over request for new trial or reduction in judgment on grounds that the trial court erred in: 1) denying motion in limine to exclude evidence of amount of medical costs billed to plaintiff in excess of those actually paid; 2) denying posttrial reduction of damage award to reflect compromise of plaintiff's medical bills; 3) limiting the testimony of plaintiff's accident reconstruction expert; and 4) in permitting plaintiff to call an undesignated medical expert.
