Conviction of attempted murder of a public official, with deadly weapon related enhancement and counts, damaging jail property, special finding of 5 priors, and sentence to total aggregate term of 259 years to life, is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant was erroneously convicted of both possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon while in custody; and 2) the trial court made several sentencing errors.
