In re Geneva C., B187281

Order finding defendant to be a ward of the juvenile court and committing her to camp for the maximum term of confinement, after sustaining petitions alleging possession of marijuana for sale and second degree robbery and assault, is affirmed where Welfare and Institutions section 731(b) provides the juvenile court with discretion to commit minor to camp for less than the maximum term only when the minor is committed to the California Youth Authority and to no other institution within the juvenile court's jurisdiction.
