Conviction of street terrorism under Penal Code section 186.22(a) must be reversed as a lesser included offense of possession of a loaded gun in a public place by a gang member, defendant's concealed weapon charge must be stayed, and he is entitled to 7 additional days presentence custody credits, but remainder of judgment is affirmed.
