Buell-Wilson v. Ford, D045154

Judgment in favor of plaintiffs, in case involving rollover of Ford explorer that left plaintiff wife a paraplegic and deprived plaintiff husband of consortium, and multimillion dollar award to plaintiffs, is conditionally reversed to the extent noneconomic and punitive damages are excessive and must be reduced, and affirmance is conditioned on plaintiffs' agreement to reductions.
