California Court of Appeal

In re Carmen M., B189792

Order requiring child to submit to drug testing upon request by staff of a group home where the child resides is affirmed as the juvenile court has the authority to order a child who acknowledges a prior drug-abuse problem to submit to a drug test, and that authority is consistent with the child's fundamental right of privacy.
