Defendant's convictions for carjacking and firearm possession are affirmed and reversed in part where: 1) the trial court correctly denied the motion to dismiss the carjacking charge; 2) the trial court should have dismissed the weapons possession charge; and 3) there was substantial evidence to support defendant's carjacking conviction.
