A petition for extraordinary relief from an order granting a party's motion to enforce a deposition subpoena duces tecum served on nonparty-petitioner, seeking the production of business records that were generated by entities other than petitioner, is granted as petitioner and its personnel were not in a position to make the attestations that must accompany subpoenaed business records under the Evidence Code.
