California Court of Appeal

In re Jeffrey T., A111284

Denial of motion to seal juvenile records in case relating to an admitted charge of battery with serious bodily injury is affirmed over claim that juvenile court erred by holding that Welfare and Institutions Code section 781 precluded sealing records relating to battery, although joined in the same petition with an assault charge, as it stemmed from unrelated events.
