Cit of Port Hueneme v. Oxnard Harbor Dist., B185725

Judgment of dismissal, after sustaining of demurrers to plaintiff city's complaint challenging defendant district's acquisition of land without plaintiff's prior consent, is affirmed in this case of first impression holding that Harbors and Navigation Code section 6077.5 authorizes a harbor district to acquire a railroad without the prior consent of the city in which railroad land is located.
