Overruling of demurrer, in suit against car purchaser over deficiency between sale price and remaining balance after car was repossessed and sold, is reversed where notice requirements of Rees-Levering Automobile Sales Finance Act, Civ. Code section 2983.2, do not apply to petitioner as federal regulations preempt the state law.
