Pasadena Metro Blue Line Constr. Auth. v. Pacific Bell Tel. Co., B181175

Summary judgment for defendants, holding that they did not have to reimburse plaintiff for the cost of relocating defendants' utility lines as part of plaintiff's construction of a light rail public transit line, is affirmed over claim that Public Utilities Code section 30631(b), which requires reimbursement of utilities for relocating their utility lines to make way for the light rail project, did not apply to plaintiff.
