Writ of mandate, requiring defendant county to file an application for disability retirement on behalf of injured deputy sheriff who could no longer perform her job duties, is affirmed over claim that defendant had no duty under Government Code section 21153 to file an application for disability retirement because it did not believe that plaintiff was disabled.
