California Court of Appeal
R & B Auto Ctr., Inc. v. Farmers Group, Inc., G032371
In a suit brought by a car dealership over defense and indemnity in connection with a lemon law suit, a judgment in favor of an insurance carrier and related parties is reversed where the trial court made numerous erroneous rulings that essentially deprived the dealership of an opportunity to put on its case, and improperly tossed out causes of action for negligent and intentional misrepresentation, reformation and unfair competition.
