Revocation of defendant's probation and a sentence following a finding that he was no longer eligible for probation under the Substance Abuse and Crime Prevention Act is affirmed over claims: 1) that his procedural rights under the Act and his due process rights were violated in that the court conducted only one hearing on two revocation petitions; and 2) of insufficiency of the evidence.
