Sentence for conviction of transporting and possessing heroin and methamphetamine and related charges is affirmed over claims of: 1) insufficient evidence for conviction for concealing evidence; 2) the court erred in instructing on concealing evidence; 3) ineffective assistance of counsel; 4) the court erred in finding defendant's conviction for concealing evidence rendered him ineligible for Proposition 36 treatment; and 5) the court abused its discretion in denying defendant's motion to dismiss under Penal Code section 1385.
