California Court of Appeal

Gonzalez v. Kalu, B183467

In legal malpractice action, summary judgment in favor of defendant is reversed where there are triable issues of fact as to whether defendant continued to represent plaintiff during three-year period of no contact after filing administrative complaint with DFEH against plaintiff's employer, which would toll the limitations period, and whether such "continuing representation" was for a period sufficient to make plaintiff's action timely.
