California Court of Appeal

Judgment in favor of defendant on common law cause of action for wrongful termination in violation of public policy is affirmed. However, judgment is reversed as to: 1) claim for disability discrimination based on allegation defendant refused to hire plaintiff as it regarded him as a physically disabled person; 2) failure to provide reasonable accommodation; and 3) failure to engage in the interactive process in violation of Gov. Code section 12940(n).
