California Court of Appeal
Marriage of Nelson, H028352
Appeal from judgment in dissolution-of-marriage proceeding is affirmed over claims that trial court erred by: 1) valuing wife's sole proprietorship business as of the date of separation rather than trial; and 2) failing to consider the parties' standard of living during marriage in arriving at the spousal-support amount. However, judgment is modified to the extent trial court erred in determining that the marital residence was entirely husband's separate property.
