Denial of mother's motion for appointment of a legal guardian for her daughter under Welfare and Institutions Code section 360, in case where the proposed guardian had a prior criminal record and no exemption had been granted by the county, is vacated where the juvenile court erroneously concluded it was prohibited by Welfare and Institutions Code section 361.4 from granting motion.
