People v. Johnson, F046939
Convictions of several sex crimes, and findings that defendant was a habitual sex offender and had committed sexual offenses under aggravated circumstances under Penal Code sections 667.71 and 667.61, respectively, are affirmed to the extent defendant challenges admission of DNA evidence. However, findings under sections 667.71 and 667.61 are reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
