Mayes v. Bryan, B172533

Verdict against defendant physician for negligence and wrongful death is affirmed over claim of instructional error where defendants invited any error in the substantial factor instruction, and the court did not err in not instructing the jury on but-for causation. Damage calculation is also affirmed.
