Convictions of second degree felony murder, where pursued defendants crashed a stolen car into another vehicle, killing the occupants, are reversed as violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2 is not inherently dangerous and thus the second degree felony-murder rule does not apply when a killing occurs during a violation of that section. (Amended)
