Although establishment of conservatorship under Lanterman-Petris-Short Act is affirmed, that portion of judgment ordering placement, disabilities, and conservator's powers is reversed where the court failed to obtain on the record the consent of the proposed conservatee regarding the terms and consequences of a stipulated judgment.
