Paulus v. Bob Lynch Ford, Inc., H028629

Orders striking complaint, for malicious prosecution, under anti-SLAPP statute and awarding attorney fees and costs are affirmed over claim that the motion to strike should have been denied because plaintiff presented a prima facie case of malicious prosecution, including showing that defendants lacked probable cause to bring the prior suit and that defendants prosecuted it with malice.
