People v. Fraser, H028312

Order recommitting defendant to Department of Mental Health for a period of two years under the Sexually Violent Predators Act is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred in: 1) denying defendant's motion for selfrepresentation under Faretta v. California (1975) 422 U.S. 806; and 2) failing to sua sponte instruct the jury that they have a duty to assess the credibility of victim hearsay statements contained in police reports.
