People v. Wesson, H028484

Convictions of sodomy by force, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, making criminal threats, and attempting to dissuade a witness, with findings of priors, and sentence of 102 years to life, are affirmed over claim that the trial court erred in admitting documentary evidence rather than live testimony as propensity evidence under Evidence Code section 1108.
