Huff v. Wilkins, D044895

In a case involving an off-roading collision, summary judgment for defendants is reversed where a minor was driving an ATV in violation of safety regulations, but the violation was not within the range of activities ordinarily involved in the sport of off-roading, and plaintiff did not assume the increased risk merely by participating in the sport.
