Conviction following guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance and being a convicted felon in possession of ammunition is reversed where there was no probable cause to support the search warrant where the only facts known to law enforcement were that a suspect was cultivating marijuana legally pursuant to the Compassionate Use Act.
