California Court of Appeal

People v. Castro, F046915

Conviction for possession of a firearm is affirmed over claim that a 911 call was constitutionally insufficient to support the traffic stop that led to defendant's arrest because an exigent circumstance, the anonymous caller's allegation of a threat by defendant against the life of defendant's wife, rendered the tip sufficient.
